Sweet Magnolia Love

I have made a card for TOMIC Challenge and Magnolia Licious Challenge using my new stamp!
I love this little girl... she is absolutely the cutest..!! :o)
I have colored her with Distress Ink and H2O Heavenly White. And the swirl stamp on the edges is from Stempelglede. Both that and postage stamp is stamped with Valnut stain.
My Fabric item is the cheese cloth.
I have used plenty of my New dies.. And loved it... Soooo Much fun to use theese dies... I love them to bits.. :o)
I also managed to find snow paint... And i love the way it turned out..

Cute little Mia - My first Book Card.. -Ever

I have quite a few cards I have made.. that haven`t been showed yet...
I am a bad bad blogger.... Sorry to say..

In June, I made a book card for a little girl called Mia.. .. Never got around to post it on my blog.. So here it is..
The lovely die on the back is from Cuttlebug.. ..
And the stamp inside is from Magnolia.
Letters in the name is from Spellbinder.. and I believe it is called Spellbinder.. -not sure though..
The letter on the back is M from Eliza QK Classic that I have.

All edges are distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.
The Beautiful Lilac Tulips are from Magnolia.. -.... Wish I had more of those... I love them..
And the Lovely White flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts..

Image is painted with Distess Ink.. and if I remember correctly.. Spun sugar was one of the colors.. :o)

Congratulations to a Mayor

This is the second card this week.
Made for a new Mayor. Used a long time to find suitable elements for this card... I have used a piece of a cinnamon roll, and decorated it with a small heart charm. And the charm is painted with pearl dabber.. So is the swirls, doilie and key and flowers.
I have for the first time made a Pebble!!! I did change the colour a little bit..

The Pebbles is made by Kristine
And she has used Sentimens made by Raindrop Echo Design

The Beautiful stamp I have used on the inside of the card is from Stempelglede.
And the Photos are from the internet.
Edges and papers are distessed with Distress Ink , Walnut Stain.
Edge Punch is from Martha Stewart.

A closeup of the detail in front

Inside of the card.. -Panels are loose... They should be written on.. -before glued inside. Because of the bumpy front.

I made a few cards earlier this week.. - This is one of them.
I had to make a card for a man... .. Not the easiest card to make..for me.. But I ended up with this card! I used a tiny bit of Brown Bazzill for the letters and one tiny bit behind the sign. All of the other papers are just white sketch book paper, that is colored with Distress Ink. Walnut Stain..
I have used A LOT of different stamps for the background.. Most of them are form North Star Stamps. A few of the cars though are from vostamps.com.

Yesterday (saturday) i managed to make a card for a few challenges .. A bit in a hurry.. My sister asked me if I had a card for a 40th birthay ... and i said that I didn´t have any finished cards. but I might manage to make a card yesterday afternoon... And I did... the paint and glue had to dry, while she was writing on the inside panels... -that i glued in after.. And I managed to take a few photos in under my craftroom lamp... in a hurry... .. I noticed today... that my camera has wrong date... And today sunday it is 01.10 2011... and my camera already had the 03. october... uuuups... and I guess that it has been like that for about 6 months... when it was brand New... .. Not funny.. All of my photos has the wrong date since then... grrrrrrr...

It is not often that i follow a sketch ... But this time I did.. I followed Jane´s Great sketch!!..
And I mush say.... it was fun... and not as hard as I thought it was... :o).. - quite proud of myself..
And I have also done something New... I have never painted papers, flowers and diecuts with a dabber before... -that was fun.. And made a great effect.. I used a pearl one... And the Paper doilie became lovely with this paint... :o)

The image was fun to paint... -I have been looking for this old hÄnglar stamp for ages... And I was thrilled when I found it... Lucky me!!! :o)

I have masked together two hÄnglar & sTanglar stamps... and Coloured it with Distress Ink.

Around the Image, I have stamped the Love Letter Sentiment from Magnolia with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.. I have also stamped around the Card.. and inside with a stamp from Stempelglede.

Finally... A card from me.. It`s been a loong time... ...

I have made this card for my Mother inlaw.
I have Distressed edges with Walnut Stain from Distress Ink.
Stamps: Swirl stamp behind my Personal Stamp is from Stempelglede.. So is the Happy Birthday stamp inside the Card.
I have used a MS Punch around the page... on all 3 pages for this card. The Butterflies is also from MS.
The Swirl Die Cut in the Front is a Magnolia Doo Hickey.
Flowers are from: Kort og Godt and Papirloftet.
I have mounted both the photo frame and MS Punch around the page frame on 3D pillows to get the Shadow effect... Also the frame inside the card is mounted on 3D pillows
The pearls is actually from a Candle light decoration..

Long time no see!.. First I was on vacation in Florida for two weeks... And Just when we arrived home, my godfather left this world. So sad, so sad. -He was the best uncle and godfather in the world..

We had someone playing so beautiful in the church. and to say thank you from the family,... I have made this card.

All stamps are from Stempelglede, and I have used a MS punch around the edges. The stamps are stamped with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.. And all edges have got some too!

Another Card with a Sweet Pea Stamp!... This stamp is called "Flowing in Blue"... Maybe that is why I painted her dress blue... and this card became a blue Confirmand Card!! ??

The text is from Stempelglede. The Flowers are Retro Flower Punches witch I have cut with a pair of scissors... The New thing to do... I loved the result.. I have inked everything with "stormy sky" from Distress Ink.. Also Coloured this Beautiful girl with Distress Ink...
Butterfly and Flowers are embellished with Rhinestones from Memories... and Every flower and layer is inked with Glitter pen from Stardust....(Bought at Frantic Stamper)
DP from Melissa Frances called Cindy-Lou.

The Background is dry embossed with an embossing folder from Tim Holtz.

Punches:
The Corner Embellishment is a die from Cuttlebug.
The Flowers are two different sizes of Retro Flower Punch.
And the ovals is cut with two different Spellbinder Nestabilities.
The Leaves are cut with Leafy wine border from QK

I have Fallen in Love with Sweet Pea Stamps

I have just fallen in love with Sweet Pea Stamps !!!
They are absolutley Gorgeous!!! And they are so fun to paint! And I have found out that theese girls are Perfect for Konfirmand Cards. I have ordered a few... Eh... ... Do we have to say more?... And I will make many Cards with theese stamps... That is for sure!!!...

I have used Distress Ink to paint the image. I have also used Liquid Pearls Platinum on her dress.. And a little on the largest flower.
I have used DooHickey Swirl and lace Dies... -to embellish I have also used QK corner die and edged them with Walnut Stain as with all the panels on this card.
I tried to take a proper photo of the glitter around the edges and on the swirl... -photo 2. under a lamp... But it is not easy to take good photograps of this..
The Design Paper is from Papirdesign " Harmoni" and it is so Beautiful. And I am a bit sorry that I made the flower arrangement so big... because it covers almost all of the paper..

This Card with Edwin is the first of my 3 Cards for Hjerteboden`s Juleblogg Challenge for January. The Challenge is to make 3 Christmas Cards every month!... Let´s see how many months I last. :o)

Special for all of my 3 Cards, is that I have only used 2 types of paper! 1 Bazzill for the card, a Cream White Colour and just ordinary White paper for the rest of it!. All the colours you see, and all of the decorated papers, - I have made with distress Ink and with stamps!!! Quite proud of that!

On this card I have used the stamp "Edwins Package" from Magnolias Christmas Collection 2010. He is Coloured with Distress Ink.

The Sentiments both Inside and outside of the card, as well as the stamp i have used to punch around the papers with are from Stempelglede.

The Punch for edges and corners are from MS, and is Vintage Floral. so is the Butterfly punc as well.

The Swirls are from Quick Cuts and is Painted with Distress Ink.

I have also used Spellbinders Nestabilities for the circles.

The image on this card is a stamp from Stempelglede. The sentiment outside and the poem inside is also from Stempelglede.

I have used a small snowflake stamp from the Magnolia Christmas Collection 2010 to make my own Design paper. Stamped with Wintage Photo.

I have used lots of Spellbinder dies to cut embellishment for this card. And the Beautiful Snowflake is from Whimsy Stamps. The Hearts has also been white paper. Cut with a Cuttlebug die and Coloured with Distress Ink also.. and Glittered up with Stardust Glitter pen.

The border Heart punch is from MS. The Embossing folder is also from Cuttlebug.

For this Card I have used Gingerbread Tilda! I liked her a lot better after Colouring her.

Also here I have used ONLY white paper! This time I coloured/distressed it with a spounge and Walnut Stain from Distress Ink. The snow crystals are stamped with Walnut Stain also.

The branch is cut out with a Sizzix die, Birds & Branches.

Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. Pearls and Lace from my stash.

Glittered with my Stardust Glitterpen.

Sentiment and Poem are from Kort & Godt.

Finally I have managed to finish a card in a day! I was not happy with the card i made for a little boy, in the beginning of January... Because of the girl on the front.... Therefore, have I now made a New one! And Why havent I used this image before...??? I am sure I have tried... I was so sure little James was to difficult to colour... But now I now that he is not!! I really enjoyed to colour this cute little boy!!

I had lots of fun making this card! And ofcourse I have used a lot of SWIRLS... ... I LOVE SWIRLS!!!

The big swirls around the image is from Aud Design! Theese were some of the first stamps I bought! And it was the first stamp sheets I bought that was unmounted... I thought it was SO DIFFICULT to cut... now I have better Scissors and know a few trics... And mount stamps in a few minutes. -When I get my Mojo going!!..

The smaller Swirls are from Stempelglede... -From my Favourite Stamp Designer!

The Sentiments are also from Stempelglede!!

I have Stamped the image on Aquarel Paper and Coloured it with Distress Ink! I have stamped the swirls with Distress Ink and used a Stardust Glitter pen around the swirls!.. I think it made a nice effect... !!

The Black Swirls are Felt Fusion from Queen&Co.. I bought from Frantic Stamper along with the Stardust Glitter Pens..

First of all! Happy New Year to all of you! I wish you all the Best for 2011!!!

This Card is meant to be for a Newborn Baby. I fell in love with this Cute Tilda from the New Club Kit from Magnolia... She is the cutest!!

I have painted her with Vintage Photo...Distress Ink. And all the white paper, is distressed with Vintage Photo. And The Text Stamp and Swirls around the Image is from Stempelglede.

Papers are from Bazzill and My Minds Eye.

I have used Spellbinders dies for the Text and MS Doily Punch for the Frame. The Flowers are made with a Magnolia DooHickey and Swirls are cut out wit QK-die.

Pearls are from Nille. And i have also used the Sakura Stardust Pen around the Flowers, Frames and Panels.

I did take better photos with my phone. But I am not able to send them to the computer right now... So I might do that later.

This is a Card I made a few weeks ago! With one of my new stamps from Magnolia Club Kit.
The Flower is From Wild Orchid Craft and is actually coloured with Distress Ink, ... .. I Believe it was a light pink colour, before I coloured it..

The Beautiful patterned paper is from Papirdesign... This is The paper for me this Christmas.. .. Perfect Colour to use on all projects.. the text is in Norwegian, But says something like.. Merry Christmas...

I have also stamped around the patterned paper, with a Stempelglede Stamp, to make a frame.
And the Puncher used, is from Martha Stewart.

I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas!!! I also want to say that I really appreciate your comments...... All of them.. And I Thank You so Much for commenting on my blog... It makes my day!!!! :o)

No problem to find the Joy, when using so Beautiful stamps!

All stamps used on this card are from Stempelglede.

I have also used my new Nellie Snellen Punch for the flower

and

Martha Stewart Punch for the leaves.

The Stempelglede flower stamp is stamped with Archival Ink Coffee and painted with Distress ink. The roses are light yellow. But does not show so good in the photo.

The punched flowers and leaves are also Painted with Distress Ink refillers.

The other Stempelglede stamps is stamped with Vintage Photo from Distress Ink

I have also Distressed the edges with Tim Holtz distressing tool.

Troubled a lot to take photos of this card... But here it is!

Found quite a few challenges, and tried to make a card with theese elements! Quite Happy with the result. And I can see I am inspired by Kim with the glitter glue... :) You can se her fantastic creations in my sidebar under My Inspiration!!! Thank You Kim for so much inspiration!.

I have Coloured Tilda with Distress Ink, Papers are from Bazzill and decorative paper is called White Brocade. Folds on side of the card is made with Cuttlebug dies. My Bows are from Tim Holtz Alterations. Both Flowers and Butterflies are Punches from Martha Stewart. I love them. Flowers are made of coffe filters... and coloured with Distress Ink -Stormy Sky. First Time I tried to use Coffe filters. A bit afraid to ruin my punch tough. I don`t think I will try it again... But what don`t we to for a Challenge..... :).
I have also glittered the card with Stickles, Platinum.

The rose stamp is from NorthStarStamp. Sentiments and Butterfly is from Stempelglede They are all embossed with silver embossing powder. I have used a sponge to colour the white paper with Distress Ink -Dusy Concord.

The Butterfly is from Stempelglede, also the "Kjære Konfirmant" stamp and sentiment.

The Swirl is a Rhonna Farrer clear stamp

I have also used 2 different MS punches.

Flowers are from Papirloftet and is embellished with liquid pearl -petal pink.

I have embossed with silver pearl.

I have stamped and embossed the Butterflies and cut them out with scissors. They are also embellished with liquid pearls.

Babyshower Card Welcome!

I have made a Magnolia card for a Baby Shower!

This card was really fun to do. And I enjoyed the masking job both on Tilda and on the fence. I wanted to show as much as possible of the fence. Therefore I have masked the fence too... And made the opening in the gate a littebit bigger. I was very happy with the result...

I also enjoyed colouring the image.

Found a image stamped and coloured a while ago... Decided to use this one for a card. I also decided that I was going to use this paper from Dream Street Papers. As I almost never use design papers... I am just not good at it... (just buying) But I think I managed okay with this one... I usually find all my design papers in the wrong colour and design.. Can´t seem to match anyone with my coloured papers... Therefore I often make my own papers with stamps, embossing powders and Distress ink pads and a sponge.

I just had to show you! This is a fenjal soap i decorated over 20 years ago.... :)

Went to one of my aunts one of the days before Christmas... and she had something so show me.... So Fun! Just had to take some photos of it. I made this... when I still lived with my parents... I guess I was about 13 or 14 years old when I made this!...

For me It was so fun to see one of theese again... Cause I gave them all away to my aunts and uncles... Not even my mom got one I think.... (Sorry mom)!... And I guess I have to find the boxes, whith all this stuff... Cause I can use all of it for cards also... :) How fun...

Hello everyone! Just wanted to post a wedding card I was asked to make, for a colleague of my godfather. They were going to celebrate them today at work.

As always with me.. It was a card created at the last minute night time... Soooo much to do before Christmas. And in just a few hours, I´ll leave for work for 6 days... Therefore I have decorated my Christmas Tree already... And my home is quite ready for Christmas... red cloths, candles and so on. And Just right now I listen to Susan Boyle and her album " I dreamed a dream" It is so beautiful... And her voice is stunning! I reccomend it! I will listen to her in my car also... I do have 2 1/2 - 3 hours to drive. The weather is not to good. Snow, wind. And I guess quite slippery on the road. I will take my time, and I am also prepared to wait in the car if the road is closed or something...... (read chocolate and snack :) )

I am sorry for such few comments from me on your blogs lately... I have been visiting... but have not taken the time to comment... I wish everyone in this Blog World a Merry Christmas. I wish you all the Best for the New Year. And I will see you soon!

Nok en gang, konfirmasjonskort med bilde. Dette syntes jeg ble enkelt men stilig. Har brukt Leafy Vine border fra QK til å lage blad grenen. Den finner du hos Bikuben :)

Et nytt rosa kort! Eller... dette var jo egentlig laget først da.. Men i bloggen blir den som nummer to. Samme stil som vanlig... Men det får så være! Et veldig rosa kort til ei lita nydelig jente, laget på bestilling. Her har jeg brukt Swirl stempel fra plate 2B til Aud Design. http://www.auddesign.no/stempler.htm

Blomstene er stemplet med: Brushstroke Flower (Large): fra Stempelglede og Grunge Collection. http://www.stempelglede.com/stemplergrunge.html. Embosset med Silver Pearl. og kuttet ut med retro flower punch fra EK success. De er også svampet med Distress Ink. Har til slutt formet de slit at de blir som blomster, og lakket de på baksiden, så de holder formen. Inni har jeg limt blanke halv perler fra Kremmerhuset. Har også pyntet med Scrappers Floss.
Til Dåpsbarnet er også stemplel fra Stempelglede.
I tilllegg har jeg pyntet med blader som jeg har punchet ut med Puncher fra Carla Craft

Har kuttet ut bildet og rammer med kutteskiver fra Spellbinder. Bokstavene er Eliza Classic og Tallene er Eliza Mini fra Quick Kutz.

Et kort jeg laget i påsken, til en liten gutt som heter Liam.
Har brukt Motiv stempel fra Magnolia og Tekst stempel fra Stempelglede. Motivet er malt og svampet med Distress Ink. Har ellers brukt QK Eliza Classic, Swirl. Hjørne Puncher fra Anna Griffin og Spellbinder kutte skiver, Samt rund kant puncher fra Fiskars.

Dette kortet skulle vel også vært lagt ut for en god stund siden... Var vel ett av de par første jeg laget i denne stilen, og derfor veldig lik de jeg har lagt ut først...

Bildet er embosset med blank UTEE 3 ganger og er ganske tykt... (vises ikke på bildet) Resten av stemplene er embosset med gull: Tekst, Vennskap er en gave fra Ett Trykk. Swirls på bakgrunnen er fra Rhonna Farrer. Blomtstene og Emblemet er fra Grunge Collection fra Stempelglede. Blomstene og Bakgrunnspapiret (akvarellpapir) er malt med H2o maling. Mener det var fargen Bougainvilea.

Et kort som ble ferdig i går. Men måtte vente på dagslys, før jeg tok bilde. Figurstempelet er fra Magnolia. Teksten er fra Stempelglede. Har malt og svampet med Distress Ink. De ovale sirklene er kuttet ut med min nye Spellbinder Wizard maskin....!!! Det er også Swirlen fra QK. Den har jeg også drodlet med Liquid Pearl. Et kort jeg har laget på bestilling! Har Brukt Distress Ink til å male Magnolia Stempelet. Har brukt H2O på Englevingene.(som ikke ses på dette bildet) Har brukt Fiskars Circle Border Puncher til å lage "blonden" rundt motivet. Fløyelsbåndet er fra Panduro og "kvistene" er laget av Pine Branch Puncheren fra McGill.

Bakgrunnen er stemplet med: Snøkrystall, Engler i Julenatt fra Stempelglede.

Og Embosset med blankt Embossing pulver.

Pyntet m Snøkrysaller fra QK som er formet og lakket og til slutt pyntet med en glassperle

Bokstavene er Eliza fra Quick Kutz. Mini og Classic.

Bildet av isrosen er tatt kveldstid i mørketid under sterkt lys. Bildet av hele kortet er tatt i februar dagslys! For en forskjell!
