What a pretty and sweet scene! The colours are so gentle and I love the way that you can 'close' the card. I love the 'quilted background' and all the embossing. Thank you so much for playing in our first challenge at Make it Crafty and hope that will join in again. Jill

This is really beautiful Solveig. Thank you for being the first to take the plunge and join our very first technique challenge.
I really love the texture you have created with the embossing all over the card. This really helps to make a wedding card so special. The light colours and the finer details make this card exquisite.
I love the Magnolia images you have combined to create this scene. I have been trying to find something I could offer as a suggestion but I have been having trouble! If anything at all, I might consider adding a shadow to the characters onto the chair to show a little more depth in the scene. But really it is gorgeous as is.

Beautiful card Sol, love your soft gentle colour and colouring. The embossing and and details are wonderful.
To answer your question - I use a cuttlebug. I think the Marianne dies are very thin - I put a piece of card between the base plate and the a B plate, the die and card/paper then a C plate. For thinner papers I put two pieces of card - hope this helps.
